Role Responsibilities:

  • Integration Development, design, develop, and implement integrations within the Infor Nexus platform to facilitate data exchange between various systems. And collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design solutions that align with customer needs.
  • Customer Onboarding, lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Infor Nexus platform.  Work closely with customers to gather necessary data, set up accounts, and configure the system to meet their specific requirements.
  • Support and Maintenance, provide ongoing support to customers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the platform’s optimal performance.  Perform routine system maintenance and updates to keep the Infor Nexus platform running smoothly.
  • Requirements Analysis, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse integration requirements, translating them into actionable plans.
  • Documentation, maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
  • Training and Knowledge Sharing, conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to promote understanding and effective use of the Infor Nexus platform.  Share expertise with colleagues and assist in building a knowledgeable team.
  • Sales Support, collaborate with the sales team to support the onboarding and selling of Infor Nexus to potential customers.  Demonstrate the platform’s capabilities and benefits to prospects.
  • Continuous Improvement, stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance integration solutions and customer experiences.  Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualifications. You will be educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience.   You will have significant experience of working within a similar environment and has experience and/or knowledge of working in a Supply Chain & Logistics Industry.  You will have proven experience in integration development and working with integration platforms, a strong knowledge of Infor Nexus or similar supply chain management software. Sales or customer-facing experience is desirable.

Communication.  Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both internally and externally.  Engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.

Influence & Persuasion.  You will show the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers. Be highly articulate with the interpersonal skills to build working relationships and the passion for achieving.
