As part of our ACSelerate2021 strategy ACS has introduced a ‘Back to the Floor’ programme across the company where each member of the Executive Leadership team spend a day working in an operational role that is outside of their functional responsibility.
The programme is designed to ensure the leadership of ACS stays in-touch with the day-to-day reality of our business.
