You will Communicate to internal and external customers on the daily delivery performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transport Department .

THE ROLE:
Contract Account Manager
In this role you will manage the Transport Team and Customer account, which is part of the transport execution team, you will be based at our Customers Depot in Diss. You will Communicate to internal and external customers on the daily delivery performance and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Transport Department .You will work Monday to Friday reporting into the Head of Transport

OFFICE BASED
This role will be based at our Customers Site at Diss
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Plan resources to match theBusiness workload.

Produce daily Transport Planning department performance reports.

Track Load son the various TSP systems
-
Update the TMS (Mandata)system.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications.Management CPC a must have
Experience. You will have experience of workingin a logistics environment and be able to work collaboratively with drivers and the team,ensuring the smooth running of the department. Digital Tachograph knowledge. Competent in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Stock software programs). Previous experience of telematics is advantageous.
Communication.Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships both with our colleagues and with our clients. You will engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
Influence & Persuasion. You will have the ability to effectively influence others and build excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
People & Self Development. You will be a self-starter with a passion for transportation and commitmentto excellence. Be organizedand able to handle difficult situations. We would like to see you grow and progress within a growing company.
