We are currently recruiting for an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Export Team at Heathrow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with overseas partners to arrange collections and deliveries.
- Organise and plan flight schedules.
- Ensure responsibility for all client key performance indicators and requirements are met.
- Accurately complete all types of customs paperwork, shipping documents within the agreed deadlines.
- Responsible for financials for each job including costings and invoices and manage daily, liaising with internal departments.
- Ensure company financial regulations are followed and that the correct are raised as necessary.
- To ensure all distribution and warehouse related matters are carried out in accordance with the import and export procedures.
- Mentor and support colleagues within the team.
- Ensure all queries are acted upon immediately and where necessary escalated.
- Adhere to Aviation Security and the company’s security procedures.
- Be cross trained so that you can provide cover for other team members.
- Work with the team to continually improve processes and business performance.
- Any other duties as required by management for the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualifications. Though not essential, education to A Levels grade in English & Maths or equivalent.
Experience. You will have previous experience working within the importing and exporting. You will be able to work under pressure, a strong eye for detail and be proficient using MS office programmes including Outlook, Excel and word.
Communication. Show us that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build confident relationships at all levels within the organisation and external stakeholders. Engage and communicate with audiences made up of a diverse background across all areas of EV Cargo.
People & Self Development. You will be highly organised, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve targets and objectives. You will be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
