EV Cargo, the leading global freight forwarding, supply chain services and technology company, has appointed Linda Lui as Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis, based at its global headquarters in Hong Kong.

Ms Lui was Senior Finance Manager at Gap International Sourcing, where she headed up the financial planning and analysis team and led team members in Hong Kong and India to develop partnerships with business unit leaders, driving financial performance, business goals and initiatives. She was also responsible for driving cost efficiency and engaged in various process improvement projects.  

In 2007 she joined adidas, and over the next nine years held the positions of Senior Manager for the financial planning and analysis functions, and controller and financial advisor for the footwear division.

In a career which has taken her around the world, Ms Lui gained early accounting, financial planning and analysis experience with multinational corporations including Prudential Assurance, Canada Life and Deloitte Consulting. 

Having earned a Master of Science degree in accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ms Lui also achieved an MBA degree from Andrews University in Michigan, USA and earned CPA accounting designation in Canada.
