Staff at EV Cargo Solutions have been bringing out the bling – even if they haven’t stepped outside their front doors.
Partywear Wednesday allowed staff to put on their best party gear whether working in the office or from home.
While the usual Christmas parties have been cancelled this year, staff were able to get in the festive spirit in a morale-boosting celebration of all the hard work delivered throughout a uniquely challenging year for every department.
And, alongside a Christmas jumper day on 16 December, it means EV Cargo Solutions will be raising more much-needed money for Barnardo’s Coronavirus Crisis Appeal, which supports children at risk after what has been a particularly hard year.
Claire Taylor, head of HR at EV Cargo Solutions, said: “Many children have been missing vital face-to-face support from schools and other organisations during the pandemic, and staff thought that raising money for Barnardo’s appeal was the best way to get help to those youngsters who need it the most.”
